EVENTS canceled day of are full pay regardless of reason.
Weather
The price is up to 3 or 6 hours MAX (unless wet or bigger units which are up to 6 hours). If between us and customer it's deemed ok to set up then we will do our best to accommodate but if weather gets bad after we get it up, we will for safety of the customer and the bouncer itself pick up early with no discount being given if customer agreed to set up. We will work with you but please work with us as well as we are usually on a very tight schedule and want to be fair to all. Hopefully this clears up any further confusion. if not, message anytime.
Holidays
All National Holidays are an extra $50 to accommodate Holiday pay for staffing.
Delivery
Delivery minimum $20 outside of Salina ($2 per mile per truck/trailer per mile one way from Salina) We also charge if we have to leave site to get anything from renter not being prepared or changing their mind on site etc. (this includes gens/tarps/sandbags/squares for paved, etc) $30.
Wet Unit Reminders
The inflatables CANNOT get wet starting September after Labor Day through Memorial Weekend. If we show up and it's been raining or misting all day and no one has called to let us know, it is full pay and we WILL NOT set up in the wet. Unfortunately we cannot dry them with out constant 90 plus degree temp so then they get mold and are damaged.
Deposits
deposits are separate from your payment. Deposits are to cover us driving out of town and things happening and also to ensure bouncers are taken care of. As of June 1st, 2023 we need deposit by card or venmo to put you on the books. We no longer give back deposits UNLESS set up happens and unit is clean upon pick up. If you reschedule to a different date before the date of set up it moves with it. If wait till day of, it is kept. It is full pay day of, if you wait till last minute to cancel it is still full pay unless you reschedule.
Payment
Full pay is due before or upon arrival before setting up. Please ask for invoice ahead if needed so that we are paid before set up. If you have any questions please feel free to message us at anytime. No personal checks will be accepted upon arrival only cash, card or Venmo ($5 charge for Venmo and Cards) They will not set up bounce house without full payment and deposit will be kept. If deposit check doesn't go through at this point you will be held responsible. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you to all who have been AMAZING customers.
